Bacardi is based in Hamilton, Bermuda, led by the original founder's great-great grandson, Facundo L. Bacardi.
Bacardi Limited is the largest privately held spirits company in the world and produces and markets a variety of internationally recognized spirits and wines including Grey Goose Vodka, Dewar's Blended Scotch Whisky, Bombay Sapphire Gin and Cazadores Tequila.

Emilio Bacardi Moreau put his life and livelihood on the line to aid Cuba in its fight for independence from Spain. Arrested, exiled and twice imprisoned for his beliefs and refusal to support Spanish rule, he was rewarded for his patriotism when he returned from exile to become the first freely-elected Mayor of Santiago de Cuba.

In 1919, the U.S. banned the manufacture and sale of alcohol. The Bacardi's had some ideas of their own; they invited Americans to Cuba for legendary weekend long parties. In 1960, the revolutionary regime in Cuba illegally confiscated all the Bacardi Company’s Cuban assets without compensation and forced them out of the country. The Bacardi's lost their business and their home, but as history has proven, not their spirit. When the Bacardi's left Cuba, they lost everything but the recipe for making the world's most awarded rum. The secret to blending Bacardi has been passed on from generation to generation held only by the Maestros de Ron Bacardi. Don Facundo Bacardí Massó isolated a single strain of yeast; La Levadura Bacardi, which became the key to the consistent flavor of Bacardi. With this discovery he ensured that the unique flavor profile of his rum would be the same today as it was over 150 years ago. It remains the company’s most precious asset. As rum is made, flavor notes may develop that are dominant and unwanted. So Don Facundo Bacardi Masso created a filtration process with a secret mix of charcoals made from tropical woods and coconut shells. These natural filters removed only the rogue notes allowing a whole new world of subtler, more elegant flavors to shine through. This secret combination of charcoals is still used today and known only to the Maestros de Ron Bacardi. The Maestros De Ron Bacardi, taste the rum at every single step of the process, blending it into the delicate, balanced liquid that is Bacardi rum. This ensures that every drop tastes exactly as Don Facundo Bacardi Masso crafted it over 150 years ago.
Bacardi Rum Painkiller
  • INGREDIENTS -
  • 1.5ozs to 2.0ozs of Bacardi Rum
  • .25oz of Vanilla Syrup
  • 2.0ozs Orange Juice
  • 2.0ozs Pineapple Juice
  • 1.0oz Cream of Coconut
  • Nutmeg
  • Cubed ice
  • HOW TO MAKE -
Fill cocktail shaker with a scoop of ice, add all liquid ingredients and shake vigorously. Strain into a Highball glass filled with cubed ice. Top with a pinch of Nutmeg. Served in a Highball glass.
Bacardi Rum Arnold Palmer
  • INGREDIENTS -
  • 1.5ozs to 2.0ozs of Bacardi Rum
  • 3 oz. Iced Tea (unsweetened)
  • 3 oz. Lemon juice
  • .25oz to .5oz of Simple syrup
  • Mint leaves
  • 2 Lime Wedges
  • Cubed ice
  • HOW TO MAKE -
Lightly muddle 4 Mint leaves, Lime wedges and Simple Syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add a scoop of ice, Bacardi Rum, iced tea and lemon juice and shake vigorously. Strain into a Highball glass over ice. Garnish with mint. Served in a Highball glass.
Bacardi Rum Mojito
  • INGREDIENTS -
  • 1.5ozs to 2.0ozs of Bacardi Rum
  • .25oz to .5oz of Simple syrup
  • Club Soda
  • Mint leaves
  • A Fresh Lime
  • Cubed ice
  • HOW TO MAKE -
Muddle mint leaves, 3 Lime wedges and Simple Syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add Bacardi Rum and Club Soda. Stir well, pour into a Rocks glass and garnish with a Lime wedge and sprig of Mint. Served in a Rocks glass.
Bacardi Rum Mai-Tai
  • INGREDIENTS -
  • 2.0ozs to 3.0ozs of Bacardi Rum
  • 1.0oz of Lime Juice
  • 1.0oz Orgeat syrup
  • 1.0oz Cointreau
  • .5oz simple syrup
  • Cherries
  • Mint
  • Cubed ice
  • HOW TO MAKE -
Fill cocktail shaker with a scoop of ice, add all liquid ingredients and shake vigorously. Strain into a Cocktail glass filled with cubed ice. Garnish with Mint & Cherries. Served in a Cocktail glass.
Bacardi Rum Bahama Mama
  • INGREDIENTS -
  • 1.5ozs to 2.0ozs of Bacardi Rum
  • .5oz of Kahlua
  • 1.0oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • An Orange
  • Cherries
  • Cubed ice
  • HOW TO MAKE -
Fill cocktail shaker with a scoop of ice, add all liquid ingredients and shake vigorously. Strain into a Highball glass filled with cubed ice. Garnish with an Orange slice and a Cherries. Served in a Highball glass.
Bacardi Rum Caribbean Punch
  • INGREDIENTS -
  • 3.0ozs of Bacardi Rum
  • .5oz of Lime Juice
  • 2.0ozs of Orange Juice
  • 2.0ozs of Pinapple Juice
  • A Dash of Grenadine
  • An Orange
  • Cherries
  • Nutmeg
  • Cubed ice
  • HOW TO MAKE -
In a cocktail shaker with a scoop of ice add all liquid ingredients and stir to blend. Strain into a Highball glass filled with cubed ice. Top with a pinch of Nutmeg. Garnish with an Orange slice and Cherries. Served in a Highball glass.
Bacardi Rum Apple Punch
  • INGREDIENTS -
  • 1.5ozs to 2.0ozs of Bacardi Rum
  • 1.5ozs apple juice
  • 1.0oz Pomegranate juice
  • .25oz Lime Juice
  • 2.0ozs ginger ale
  • A Lime Wedge
  • An Apple Wedge
  • Cinnamon
  • Cubed ice
  • HOW TO MAKE -
In a cocktail shaker add a scoop of ice, all liquid ingredients and a pinch of Cinnamon and shake vigorously. Strain into a Highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with a wedge of Lime and a wedge of Apple. Served in a Highball glass.
Bacardi Rum Punch
  • INGREDIENTS -
  • 3.0ozs of Bacardi Rum
  • 1.0oz of Lime Juice
  • 2.0ozs simple syrup
  • 4.0ozs Club Soda
  • A Lime Wedge
  • An Orange
  • Nutmeg
  • Cubed ice
  • HOW TO MAKE -
In a cocktail shaker add a scoop of ice, all liquid ingredients and a pinch of Nutmeg and stir. Strain into a Highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with a wedge of Lime and an Orange wedge. Served in a Highball glass.
Bacardi Rum Simple Daiquiri
  • INGREDIENTS -
  • 2.0ozs of Bacardi Rum
  • 1.0oz of Fresh Lime Juice
  • .5oz simple syrup
  • Cubed ice
  • HOW TO MAKE -
In a cocktail shaker add a scoop of ice, all liquid ingredients and shake vigorously then strain into a Rocks glass filled with ice. This Daiquiri is slightly tart, so if you like a sweeter drink, increase the amount of simple syrup added. Served in a Rocks glass.
Bacardi Rum Cranberry Mojito
  • INGREDIENTS -
  • 2.0ozs of Bacardi Rum
  • .5oz of Lime juice
  • 6.0ozs of Cranberry Juice
  • Mint leaves
  • 1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • Fresh Cranberries
  • A Lime Wedge
  • Cubed ice
  • HOW TO MAKE -
Muddle Mint, Brown sugar, a few Cranberries and Lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Add a scoop of ice, Bacardi Rum and Cranberry juice, stir gently. Strain into a Highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with a Lime wedge and Cranberries. Served in a Highball glass.
Bacardi Rum Cranberry Punch
  • INGREDIENTS -
  • 3 Cups of Bacardi Rum
  • 1 Quart of Cranberry Juice
  • 16ozs of Pineapple Juice
  • 1 Cup of Orange Juice
  • A Half Cup of Lemon Juice
  • Cherries
  • An Orange
  • A Lime
  • *2 Quarts of Chilled Ginger Ale
  • *2 Bottles of Chilled Champagne
  • Cubed ice
  • HOW TO MAKE -
* Your choice of either Ginger Ale or Champagne. Place all ingredients in the refrigerator to chill. 20 minutes before your Party combine all ingredients except the Ginger Ale or Champagne in a large Punch Bowl, add sliced wheels of the Orange and Lime and as many Cherries as desired. Finish as Guests arrive by adding ice and either Ginger Ale or Champagne. Slightly stir to blend, pour into cups and serve. Served in Punch Cups.
Bacardi Rum Strawberry Mojito
  • INGREDIENTS -
  • 3.0ozs of Bacardi Rum
  • 2 tsp. of Sugar
  • A Strawberry
  • A Lime
  • 4 Mint leaves
  • .5oz of Lime Juice
  • .5oz of Strawberry Syrup
  • Club Soda
  • Cubed ice
  • HOW TO MAKE -
Muddle the Mint leaves, Sugar, Lime Juice and Strawberry Syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add a scoop of ice to shaker and add Bacardi Rum shake vigorously. Pour into a Highball glass filled with ice and top up with Club Soda and stir. Garnish with a slice of Lime and a Strawberry. Served in a Highball glass.
Bacardi Rum Hemingway Daiquiri
  • INGREDIENTS -
  • 1.5ozs of Bacardi Rum
  • .5oz of Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • .75oz of Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp. Maraschino Liqueur
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • A Grapefruit
  • Cubed ice
  • HOW TO MAKE -
In a cocktail shaker add a scoop of ice and all liquid ingredients, add Sugar and shake vigorously. Strain into a Rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a Grapefruit wheel halved. Served in a Rocks glass.
Bacardi Rum Pomegranate Lemon Fizz

  • 1.5ozs of Bacardi Rum
  • 1.5ozs of Pomegranate Juice
  • .5oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Lemon Lime Soda
  • A Lemon Wedge
  • Cubed ice
  • HOW TO MAKE -
In a cocktail shaker add a scoop of ice, pour in Bacardi Rum, Pomegranate Juice and Lemon Juice and shake vigorously. Strain into Rocks glass filled with ice and top up with Lemon Lime Soda. Garnish with Lemon wedge. Served in a Rocks glass.
Bacardi Rum Tropical Sunrise

  • 1.5ozs of Bacardi Rum
  • 2.0ozs of Pineapple Juice
  • 2.0ozs of Orange Juice
  • 1.0oz of Triple Sec
  • 1.0oz of Grenadine
  • An Orange
  • Cherries

  • HOW TO MAKE -
In a cocktail shaker add a scoop of ice, pour in Bacardi Rum, Triple Sec and Juices and shake vigorously. Add ice to a Cocktail glass and pour in Grenadine then strain remaining ingredients slowly into glass. Garnish with a slice of Orange and Cherries. Served in a Cocktail glass.
Bacardi Rum Orange Mojito

  • 2.5ozs of Bacardi Rum
  • Club Soda
  • An Orange
  • A Lime
  • 2 tsp of Sugar
  • Mint Leaves
  • Crushed ice
  • Cubed ice
  • HOW TO MAKE -
In a cocktail shaker Muddle Mint, 2 Orange wedges, 2 Lime wedges and Sugar. Add a scoop of Cubed ice and Bacardi Rum and shake vigorously then Strain into a Highball glass filled with Crushed ice and top up with Club Soda. Garnish with a Mint leave and an Orange wedge. Served in a Highball glass.

Bacardi Rum Chambord Colada

  • 2.0ozs of Bacardi Rum
  • 2.0ozs of Chambord Liqueur
  • 2.0ozs of Pineapple Juice
  • 2.0ozs Coconut Cream
  • 1.0oz of Whipping Cream
  • Cherries
  • Crushed ice
  • Cubed ice
  • HOW TO MAKE -
In a cocktail shaker add a scoop of Cubed ice pour in 1.0oz of Chambord Liqueur and the other liquid ingredients and shake vigorously. In a tall Cocktail glass pour .5oz of Chambord Liqueur then add Crushed ice and strain the shaker into glass using the back of a spoon. Float .5oz of Chambord Liqueur on top and garnish with Cherries. Served in a Cocktail glass.

  • 4.0ozs of Lemon-Lime Soda
  • A Lime Wedge
  • Cubed ice

Pour Bacardi Rum and Lemon-Lime Soda into a Highball glass filled with Cubed ice. Stir well, garnish with a Lime wedge. Served in a Highball glass.
Bacardi Rum and Coke Old-Fashioned

Our Staff cannot and will not serve anyone under the age of 21 years old, and when deemed necessary will request proof of age by requiring a valid State ID. Our Staff will not serve more than 32 ounces of Beer, 1 Liter of Wine or 4 ounces of Distilled Spirits to a single person at one time. Our Staff will not serve Spirituous Liquor to a Disorderly or Obviously Intoxicated Person. "Obviously Intoxicated" is defined as being Intoxicated to the extent that a Persons Physical Faculties are Substantially Impaired and the Impairment is shown by Significantly Uncoordinated Physical Action or Significant Physical Dysfunction that would be Obvious to a Reasonable Person.
