Here are a few of the recipes created over generations to promote their product.
Gordon's perfect Gin and Tonic
  • INGREDIENTS -
  • 1.5ozs to 2.0ozs of Gordon's Gin
  • Fresh bottled tonic water
  • Cubed ice
  • A wedge of lime
  • HOW TO MAKE -
Fill a chilled highball glass with fresh ice cubes. Pour Gordon's Gin over the ice and top up with chilled tonic. Gently squeeze a wedge of lime into the glass before dropping it in, then give it all a final stir. Serve in a highball glass.
Gordon's Strawberry Elderflower and Tonic
  • INGREDIENTS -
  • 1.5ozs to 2.0ozs of Gordon's Gin
  • Elderflower Liqueur
  • 3ozs of tonic water
  • 2 strawberry halves
  • Cubed ice
  • HOW TO MAKE -
Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour Gordon’s Gin with a dash of Elderflower Liqueur over the ice and top with chilled tonic. Finally, simply drop in two strawberry halves, and give it a stir. Served in a rocks glass.
Gordon's Christmas Gin and Tonic
  • INGREDIENTS -
  • 1.5ozs to 2.0ozs of Gordon's Gin
  • .5oz to 1.0oz Apple juice
  • Tonic water
  • A Lime and Cloves
  • Cubed ice
  • HOW TO MAKE -
Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour the Gordon’s Gin and apple juice into the glass. Top up with tonic water. For the garnish, make a clove-spiked lime wheel by piercing a whole lime at regular intervals and placing cloves in the holes. Then slice the lime, drop into the glass, and give a final, gentle stir. Served in a highball glass.
Gordon's Gin Pink Lady
  • INGREDIENTS -
  • 1.5ozs Gordon's Gin
  • .75oz to 1.0oz of triple sec
  • 1.0oz of Lemon juice
  • A dash of Grenadine
  • A Raspberry
  • HOW TO MAKE -
Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake well then strain into a martini glass. Garnish your Pink Lady with a raspberry. Served in a martini glass.
Gordon's Gimlet
  • INGREDIENTS -
  • 1.5ozs to 2.0ozs of Gordon's Gin
  • .5oz of Lime Cordial or Lime Juice
  • A Lime
  • HOW TO MAKE -
Fill a rocks glass with ice. Pour the Gordon’s gin and lime cordial over the ice. Stir until completely diluted – for small ice cubes, stir around 40 times; for large ice cubes, stir around 60 times. Garnish with lime zest. Served in a rocks glass.
Gordon's Gin Fizz

  • .5oz Gordon's Gin
  • Champagne
  • Lemon rind
  • HOW TO MAKE -
Add your Gordon's Gin to a well-chilled champagne flute and top up with champagne. Garnish each glass with an elegant twist of lemon peel. Served in a champagne flute.
Gordon's Cranberry Gin and Tonic
  • INGREDIENTS -
  • 1.5ozs to 2.0ozs of Gordon's Gin
  • Fresh Tonic water
  • 1.5ozs of Cranberry juice
  • Cubed ice
  • Wedge of Lime
  • HOW TO MAKE -
Pour Gordon's Gin into a chilled highball glass full of fresh ice cubes. Add Cranberry juice and top up with chilled tonic. Squeeze a wedge of lime into the glass, drop in and stir. Served in a highball glass.
Gordon's Dashing Gin and Tonic
  • INGREDIENTS -
  • 1.5ozs to 2.0ozs of Gordon's Gin
  • 2 dashes of bitters
  • Fresh Tonic water
  • Wedge of Lime
  • Cubed ice
  • HOW TO MAKE -
Fill a highball glass with cubed ice, add your Gordon's gin and top up with fresh tonic. Dash in your Bitters and garnish with a wedge of fresh lime. Served in a highball glass.
Gordon's Apple Tart
  • INGREDIENTS -
  • 1.5ozs to 2.0ozs of Gordon's Gin
  • Half a teaspoon of Cinnamon Sugar
  • 1.0oz of Apple juice
  • Ginger beer
  • 1 Fresh Apple
  • A Fresh Lemon
  • HOW TO MAKE -
  • 1)
  • Sprinkle Cinnamon Sugar over thinly sliced apple, and caramelise these slices in a hot, non-stick sauté pan without oil or butter – about 30 seconds each side should do it. Leave to cool. Add the Gordon's Gin to a rocks glass and sprinkle in half a teaspoon of the cinnamon sugar. Fill the glass with lots of cubed ice. Next, add the apple juice and top up with ginger beer, finishing off with two squeezes of lemon. Garnish with Apple slices. Served in a rocks glass.

Gordon's Ruby Cooler
  • INGREDIENTS -
  • 1.5ozs to 2.0ozs of Gordon's Gin
  • 3.0ozs of Cranberry juice
  • Ginger Ale
  • Fresh Cranberries
  • Wedge of Lime
  • Cubed ice
  • HOW TO MAKE -
Fill a highball glass with lots of ice, pour Gordon's Gin and the Cranberry juice over the ice, then top up with ginger ale. For the finishing touch, garnish with fresh cranberries and a wedge of lime. Served in a highball glass.
Gordon's Elderflower Cooler
  • INGREDIENTS -
  • 1.5ozs to 2.0ozs of Gordon's Gin
  • 1.0oz of Elderflower Liqueur
  • Thin Sliced Cucumber
  • Fresh Mint
  • Soda Water
  • Cubed ice
  • HOW TO MAKE -
Half fill a glass with cubed ice and pour over Gordon's Gin. Add a slice or two of Cucumber and some Mint leaves. Add Elderflower Liqueur, fill with more ice and top up with chilled Soda water. Stir and finish off with a couple of extra slices of cucumber and a final sprig of mint.
*This fresh, clean cocktail is perfect for mixing up in advance, ready for when guests arrive, just multiply the ingredient quantities by five mix in a pitcher and refrigerate. Makes 5 10oz glasses. Served in a highball glass.
Gordon's Old Fashioned Summer
  • INGREDIENTS -
  • 1.5ozs to 2.0ozs of Gordon's Gin
  • .5oz Elderflower Liqueur
  • Fresh Apple juice
  • Cubed ice
  • HOW TO MAKE -
Fill a rocks glass with cubed ice, and add Gordon's Gin add Elderflower Liqueur. Top up with apple juice, stir and serve. Served in a rocks glass.
Gordon's Lemon Blossom
  • INGREDIENTS -
  • 1.5ozs to 2.0ozs of Gordon's Gin
  • 1.0oz Fresh Lemon juice
  • .5oz Sugar syrup
  • .5oz Elderflower Liqueur
  • Sliced Lemon
  • Soda water
  • Cubed ice
  • HOW TO MAKE -
Squeeze the juice from a whole lemon and add to a tall glass, add sugar syrup and stir. Add Gordon's Gin add Elderflower Liqueur, fill with ice, top up with chilled Soda water and garnish with a slice of lemon. Served in a highball glass.
Gordon's Elderflower Frost
  • INGREDIENTS -
  • 1.5ozs to 2.0ozs of Gordon's Gin
  • .5oz Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1.5ozs of Apple juice
  • Fresh Mint
  • Crushed ice
  • Cubed ice
  • HOW TO MAKE -
Add crushed ice and cubed ice into cocktail shaker, add ingredients shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass, and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint. Served in a martini glass.
Gordon's Elderflower Spritzer
  • INGREDIENTS -
  • 1.5ozs to 2.0ozs of Gordon's Gin
  • .5oz Elderflower Liqueur
  • A Wedge of Lime
  • Fresh Tonic water
  • Cubed ice
  • HOW TO MAKE -
Fill a chilled highball glass with ice cubes, add Gordon's Gin and Elderflower Liqueur. Top up with fresh tonic water, squeeze a wedge of lime into the glass and stir add lime garnish. Served in a highball glass.
Gordon's Gin Crush
  • INGREDIENTS -
  • 1.5ozs to 2.0ozs of Gordon's Gin
  • 3 Medium size Strawberries
  • 2 Lime Wedges
  • Mint
  • Crushed ice
  • HOW TO MAKE -
Muddle three strawberries, the juice of two lime wedges and a teaspoon of sugar with Gordon's Gin. Pour the resulting mixture into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice and garnish with a sprig of mint. Served in a rocks glass.
Gordon's Mojito
  • INGREDIENTS -
  • 1.5ozs to 2.0ozs of Gordon's Gin
  • 3 Lime Wedges
  • Apple juice
  • 3 teaspoons of Sugar
  • Fresh Mint
  • Crushed ice
  • HOW TO MAKE -
Muddle together lime wedges, and sugar with a few mint leaves, add Gordon's Gin, pour into a highball glass. Fill with crushed ice, top up with apple juice and garnish the cocktail with a sprig of fresh mint. Served in a highball glass.
Gordon's Pomegranate and Elderflower
  • INGREDIENTS -
  • 1.5ozs to 2.0ozs of Gordon's Gin
  • .5oz of Pomegranate Liqueur and .5oz of Elderflower Liqueur
  • A Wedge of Lime
  • Fresh Tonic water
  • Cubed ice
  • HOW TO MAKE -
Fill a highball glass with ice and pour over the Gordon’s Gin, followed by the Liqueurs and finally the tonic. Top with a wedge of lime. Served in a highball glass.
Gordon's Spiced Pear
  • INGREDIENTS -
  • 1.5ozs to 2.0ozs of Gordon's Gin
  • .5oz of Pear Liqueur and .5oz of Elderflower Liqueur
  • Ginger Root two slices or 1.0oz of Ginger syrup
  • A Lemon wedge
  • 3.0ozs of Apple juice
  • Cubed ice
  • HOW TO MAKE -
Place ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously, strain into a highball glass filled with cubed ice. Garnish with a thin slice of pear or ginger. Served in a highball glass.
Gordon's Dry Martini
  • INGREDIENTS -
  • 1.5ozs to 2.0ozs of Gordon's Gin
  • .5oz Dry Vermouth
  • Green olives
  • Crushed ice
  • HOW TO MAKE -
Pour the Vermouth and Gordan's Gin into cocktail shaker add ice, either shake or stir. Strain into martini cocktail glass and garnish with a green olive. Served in a martini glass. *Make it a Dirty Martini by adding .5oz of green olive juice from the jar.
Gordon's Mandarin French 75
  • INGREDIENTS -
  • 1.0oz of Gordon's Gin
  • .5oz Grand Marnier
  • .5oz Lemon juice
  • .5oz Sugar syrup
  • Mandarin Orange segments
  • Champagne
  • Cherries
  • Cubed ice
  • HOW TO MAKE -
Muddle mandarin segments in a cocktail shaker. *Add everything but the Champagne. Add ice and shake, strain into glass, top up with your Champagne and garnish with a cherry. Served in a champagne flute or margarita glass.
Gordon's Red Robin
  • INGREDIENTS -
  • 1.5ozs to 2.0ozs of Gordon's Gin
  • .5oz Sweet Vermouth
  • .5oz Grand mariner
  • Twist of orange peel
  • Cubed ice
  • HOW TO MAKE -
Fill a rocks glass with cubed ice, pour over the Gordon’s Gin, add Sweet Vermouth and Grand Marnier, and garnish with an orange twist. Served in a rocks glass.
Gordon's Amber Cooler Pitcher
  • INGREDIENTS -
  • 8.5ozs of Gordon's Gin
  • 4.5ozs Orange and Mango Liqueur
  • 4.5ozs Fresh Lemon juice
  • 4.5ozs Fresh Orange juice
  • A Fresh Orange
  • Cubed ice
  • HOW TO MAKE -
Fill your pitcher with Gordon’s Gin, Orange and Mango Liqueur, Lemon juice and Orange juice, then add ice and stir. Pour over ice in rocks glasses, garnish with rings of fresh orange. Served in a rocks glass.
Gordon's Swan Lakes Breeze
  • INGREDIENTS -
  • 1.5ozs to 2.0ozs of Gordon's Gin
  • .5oz of Pomegranate Liqueur and .5oz of Elderflower Liqueur
  • 4.0ozs Apple juice
  • 4.0ozs Pomegranate juice
  • Lime wedges
  • Cubed ice
  • HOW TO MAKE -
Fill a highball glass with ice add Gordon's Gin, Elderflower Liqueur and Pomegranate Liqueur. Add Apple juice and Pomegranate juice and garnish with a wedge of lime. *Making this in a pitcher just multiply the ingredients by five. Served in a highball glass.
Gordon's Apricot White Lady
  • INGREDIENTS -
  • 1.5ozs to 2.0ozs of Gordon's Gin
  • 1.0oz of Sugar syrup
  • 1.0oz Lemon juice
  • 12 dried apricots
  • A Fresh Orange
  • Cubed ice
  • HOW TO MAKE -
Apricot infusion preparation - place 12 Dried Apricots cut into quarters length wise into a glass container, fill with Gordon's Gin and soak overnight. Pour the infused Gordon's Gin into shaker add Sugar syrup, Lemon juice and ice shake vigorously. Strain into a martini cocktail glass and add an Apricot quarter and garnish with an Orange slice. Served in a martini cocktail glass.
Gordon's Lord Grey Collins
  • INGREDIENTS -
  • 1.5ozs to 2.0ozs of Gordon's Gin
  • 1.0oz of Earl Grey syrup
  • 1.0oz lemon juice
  • Soda water
  • A Lemon
  • Cubed ice
  • HOW TO MAKE -
Fill a highball glass with ice, add your Gordon’s Gin, Earl Grey syrup and Lemon juice and top up with Soda water. Garnish with a slice of lemon. Served in a highball glass.
Gordon's Drummer's Gin Punch
  • INGREDIENTS -
  • 17ozs of Gordon's Gin
  • 10ozs of Maraschino Liqueur
  • 1 Bottle of Champagne
  • 1 Fresh Pineapple
  • 5 or more Cloves
  • Lemons
  • Cherries
  • Cubed ice
  • HOW TO MAKE -
24 to 48 hours before your party, place Gordon’s Gin and Maraschino Liqueur in a punch bowl with peeled, cored and sliced fresh Pineapple, or two tins of Pineapple, studded with a few cloves and refrigerate. When ready, remove the cloves and gently blend some of the pineapple into the alcohol. At the last moment before serving, add your Champagne and throw in Lemon wedges, Cherries and Pineapple pieces. Ladle into punch glasses to serve. Add ice to the bowl or glasses if desired.
Gordon's Gin and Tea
  • INGREDIENTS -
  • 1.5ozs to 2.0ozs of Gordon's Gin
  • 3.0ozs of tonic water
  • 2.0ozs of strong brewed, chilled Earl Grey tea
  • A Twist of fresh Orange peel
  • Cubed ice
  • HOW TO MAKE -
Add all the ingredients to shaker and stir, fill a highball glass with ice and pour in mixture, garnish with a twist of fresh Orange peel. Served in a highball glass.

Our Bartenders are Certified and have had their Arizona Title 4 Liquor Law Training. We are legally bound and committed to the laws in place, set by the State of Arizona Department of Liquor. Our Staff cannot and will not serve anyone under the age of 21 years old, and when deemed necessary will request proof of age by requiring a valid State ID. Our Staff will not serve more than 32 ounces of Beer, 1 Liter of Wine or 4 ounces of Distilled Spirits to a single person at one time. Our Staff will not serve Spirituous Liquor to a Disorderly or Obviously Intoxicated Person. "Obviously Intoxicated" is defined as being Intoxicated to the extent that a Persons Physical Faculties are Substantially Impaired and the Impairment is shown by Significantly Uncoordinated Physical Action or Significant Physical Dysfunction that would be Obvious to a Reasonable Person.
